Job Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare and review monthly consolidation and management reporting of the Group and subsidiaries
Prepare and review results announcements, interim report and annual report
Work closely with the PRC finance team on finance-related issues
Liaise with external auditors, lawyers and other regulatory bodies
Provide support on implementation of ERP consolidation system
Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

Degree holder with professional accounting qualifications in Finance or Accounting
At least 6 years' relevant working experiences in audit and/or sizeable listed companies, of which 2 years is at managerial level
Familiar with PRC GAAP, HKFRS and Hong Kong listing rules
Previous experiences in SAP and ERP consolidation system is prefered
Analytical, self-motivated and able to meet tight deadlines
Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
