• University graduate or above in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent disciplines
• Qualified Accountant with HKICPA or equivalent
• At least 7 years relevant experience in which 2 years in managerial level
• With solid exposure to budget control, management reporting and financial analysis
• Manage the accounting team by streamlining and enhancing the operational effectiveness and efficiency
• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Inventory Accounting
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Highly organised and analytical, problem-solver and team-player
• With energy and passion to drive change and to really make a difference
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with all levels and inter-department
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese with excellent computer skills
