Responsibilities:

• Handle daily administrative & clerical duties, including purchasing invoices, data entry, monthly sales reports, etc.;
• Assist in brand revamp project, sales & marketing strategies and those action plans;
• Support in monitoring and conducting various sales activities;
• Work closely with internal and external parties on business communications;
• Handel customers’ enquiries from different channels;
• Assist in market research and data analysis;
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments whenever necessary.

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with at least 1 year’s accounting experience;
• With LCCI / Certificate of Accounting will be an advantage;
• Detail-minded and strong sense of responsibility;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
