Responsibilities:

• Responsible for consolidation of accounts within group companies;
• Prepare tax computations in accordance with corporate and local statutory requirements;
• Provide tax advice and financial analysis;
• Handle up-to-date monthly financial statements of the group for management review;
• Organize and prepare annual budget and monthly cash flow forecast;
• Responsible for month-end closing, financial reporting and monthly management reports;
• Ensure compliance of accounting, legal, statutory and corporate governance requirements;
• Liaise with auditors, bankers and group companies regarding with statutory and regulatory requirements;
• Directly report to Chairman;
• Assist in any ad-hoc assignments from management.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines;
• With at least 5 years' relevant working experience, including 3 years of managerial level experience;
• Solid experience in Property Industry and good knowledge in Taxation & Accounting;
• Strong time management, good presentation skill, mature and flexible;
• Able to work independently, strong sense of responsibility and strong problem solving skill;
• Immediate available is preferable.
