Job Description
This company is a growing Hong Kong listed company in the real estate industry with strong presence in China. They are looking for an Assistant Financial Controller.
Responsibilities
As the Assistant Financial Controller, you will report to the Board Secretary and lead a team of 2. You will be mainly responsible for the compliance and accounting duties stipulated by the Hong Kong listing rules. Besides the routine accounting, budgeting & forecasting and management reporting responsibilities, you will also provide corporate secretarial services for both Hong Kong and offshore companies.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience with relevant experience gained from a Hong Kong listed PRC property developer. You should be able to speak fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English and understand the listing rules well.
