Key responsibilities:

• Report directly to CFO, responsible for full spectrum of finance and accounting functions at corporate level
• Consolidate, review and analyze financials statements of subsidiaries in Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore, China, UK and USA.
• Perform budgeting, forecasting and financial planning and analysis
• Plan and manage cash position and cash flow projection; ensure optimal working capital
• Drive and improve timely reporting processes, financial and internal controls and corporate governance
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, lawyers and company secretaries; manage audit process, statutory and tax filings
• Assist in ad-hoc projects such as M&A and IPO and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accountancy with CPA; strong IFRS and technical accounting knowledge
• Minimum 10 years working experience, preferably in manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years solid controlling experience in monitoring PRC and Overseas finance and business
• Proficient in ERP; excellent MS Excel skill
• Self-motivated leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Meticulous, hands-on, organized, hardworking, strong integrity and possesses strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Willing and able to travel (not frequent)
