Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts with minimal supervision.
• Assist sales executives in issuing sales invoices.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, budgeting, financial analysis and etc.
• Assist in treasury management and group consolidation reporting.
• Assist to provide guidance to the finance team of overseas affiliate companies.
• Liaise with auditors when necessary.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
• Occasional travel to Japan, China and Malaysia may be required.

Requirements

• Degree or above in Accounting/Finance or business related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience, a mix of external audit and commercial accounting experience would be highly preferable.
• Proficient computer skills particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.
• Familiar with Quickbooks or MYOB is definitely advantage.
• Able to work independently and good time management skills.
• Responsible, attention to details, self-motivated and well organized.
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, and fluency in Mandarin.
