Job Description

职位要求: 

1、本科或以上学历,持有会计上岗证; 

2、会基本的用友财务软件操作,能熟练使用Word、Excel软件; 

3、有出纳或会计相关工作经验,正直诚实、仔细、有耐心与责任心。 

工作职责: 

1、管理公司备用金、临时费用等现金,日常的现金报销,缮制收、付凭证; 

2、银行的提款、解款,银行业务的办理; 

3、代理商每月销售及其他费用的统计、和代理商对帐; 

4、完成每月代理商出货、退货的费用的记录和计算; 

5、根据财务经理核对的金额对代理商和各商场专柜开票,保证在规定日期内送达; 

6、每月的网上纳税申报; 

7、完成财务经理交待的工作。

 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, with accounting certificate;  

2. Basic user financial software operation, proficient in Word and Excel software;  

3. Cashier or accountant related work experience, honest, honest, careful, patient and responsible.  

 

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the company's cash, such as petty cash, temporary expenses, daily cash reimbursement, make up and pay vouchers;  

2. The bank's withdrawal, settlement and banking business;  

3. Statistics of the monthly sales and other expenses of the agent, and the account of the agent;  

4. Record and calculate the cost of monthly agent shipment and return;  

5. According to the amount checked by the financial manager, the agent and the counters of the shopping malls will be invoiced to ensure that they are delivered within the prescribed time;  

6. Monthly online tax returns;  

7. Completed the work assigned by the financial manager.
