Job Description
Responsibilities
-
Business support on project financial reviews, highlight the project risks, issuance of invoices and credit notes and following up debt status
-
Monitor sub-consultancy payments
-
Prepare monthly management reporting on projects
-
Responsible for Intercompany balances and reconciliation
-
Assist in preparing annual budget and quarterly forecast
-
Monitoring e-timesheet record
- Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Finalist or member of recognized Accounting body
- At least 5 years accounting experience, preferably from MNC
- Holder of Degree or Higher Diploma in Accounting
- Mature, self-motivated and attentive to details
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in Excel spreadsheet skills, prior experience in JD Edward and HFM is a plus
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Immediately available preferred
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accountant
