Job Role:

•             Support healthcare and medical industry in marketing & PR campaigns

•             Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure the completion of marketing and PR projects

•             Liaise with internal operation teams to ensure all projects are completed in excellent quality and meet preset project timeline

•             Provide general administration and clerical support

•             Provide administrative support to the accounting department.

•             Maintain and manage office administrative expenditure

•             Maintain, verify and rectify customer balances in accounts receivable records

•             Maintain bank deposits and check payment records

•             Integrate administrative and accounting functions smoothly

•             Capable to handle or participate in ad hoc assignments or various projects

•             Direct report to Sales and Marketing Director

Requirement:

•             Degree holder

•             1-2 years' experience in marketing or PR agency is preferred

•             Solid accounting and administration background would be an advantage

•             Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese including Mandarin

•             Detail-minded

•             A good team player with good interpersonal, communication, organizational and time-management skills

•             Advanced knowledge in MS Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)

•             Proficient in MS Word and Powerpoint
