Duties and Responsibilities:

• 50/50 Account and Admin. duties
• Support month-end closing and reporting
• Provide general office and administrative duties
• Assist ad-hoc assignment as required
  
  

Requirements:

• F5 or above, LCCI Inter Level is preferable
• 3 years or above working experience in related positions (both admin and account)
• Solid experience in AP, AR, bank reconciliation and general ledger
• Proficient in using MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
• Familiar in on-line banking
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in logistics and shipping company an advantage
• Well-organized, detail- oriented, independent, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
• Multi-task a must
• Working Location : Cheung Sha Wan (5 mins walk from MTR station)
