Responsibilities:             

• Assist in daily accounting operations and month-end closing
• Handle accounts payable duties, invoice checking and vouching
• Preparing payment and ensure all payments are booked per monthly schedule
• Monitor and ensure all the suppliers’ invoices are paid timely and accurately.
• Monitor the cash flow effectively
• Perform weekly bank reconciliation
• Petty cash handling
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned             

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting
• 3 years of accounting experience             
• Experience of HSBCNet is preferred        
• Good team player and interpersonal skills            
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially excel              
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese         
• Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage
