Job Duties:

• Design transaction structure, corporate financing proposals and presentations;
• Handle corporate finance initiatives for M&A, trade finance facility, structure financing, project finance related works to support our coal chemicals and other businesses including real estate and technology;
• Manage relationships with external parties, especially the commercial and investment banks, funds and investors to develop the corporate financing network;
• Keep track of latest compliance requirements, rules and regulations in relation to corporate financing in China and Hong Kong; and
• Handle ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Metallurgy, Chemistry or related aspect;
• Over 10 years of relevant experience in sizable commercial banks/financial institutions;
• Solid experience in handing corporate financing projects with proven track record of funding experience;
• Familiar with asset management, investment fund setup;
• Occasional travelling within China and Asia Pacific is required;
• Language: Cantonese, Putonghua and English; and
• Less experience will be considered as Manager - Corporate Finance.
