Responsibilities:

• Handle day to day enquiries from branches, suppliers and resolve issues;
• Monitor the system regarding to the purchase order area, ensure the replenishment system working in normal;
• Work closely with finance for the monthly billing;
• Take on ad hoc projects as assigned by department head;
• Coordinate with branches for ad hoc order arrangement and inventory issue. 

 Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain or any related disciplines;
• 1-2 years' experience in order processing, shipping or any related disciplines;
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in Excel;
• Detail-minded, good communication skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

** Candidate with more experience will be considered as Administrator **
