Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Consolidation of accounts for all subsidiary, group companies , JVs , Holding companies etc. under IFRS / HKFRS / US GAAP
- Monthly review of account books and reports to ensure compliance
- Preparing monthly closing schedules for the regional offices across globe
- Improvements in the accounting processes and systems
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
- Qualified Accountant with 5-8 years of post-qualification experience in IFRS / HKFRS / US GAAP and consolidations
- Possess clear understanding of accounting standards and a solid theoretical knowledge of key financial concepts
- Experience to handle complex transactions and manage multiple books of accounts simultaneously is a definite advantage
- Possess excellent communication skills and maturity to manage a team of professionals
- Good command in both spoken and written English ,Cantonese and Mandarin
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager
