Responsibilities

• Report to Finance Manager;
• Handle full set of accounts and prepare month-end closing schedules;
• Participate in annual budgeting and quarterly profit forecast;
• Liaise with auditors about audit issue;
• Maintain Fixed Asset register;
• Check Cost of Goods Sold and calculate stock provision;
• Prepare sales reconciliation and daily sales checking;
• Assist in any other ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related discipline;
• Experience in inventory control would be an advantage;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail industry;
• Sound knowledge in PC applications, strong excel skills experience in Flex Accounting system & SAP are particularly preferable;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese;
• Have positive attitude, pro-active, flexible and take up responsibility;
• Able to work independently with multi-tasking and good time management skill;
• Immediate Available or Short Notice will be given priority.
