Responsibilities: 

• Reporting Group CFO
• Oversee and coordinate all accounting, financial and tax matters of the entities in Hong Kong; 
• Lead a team of finance staff, ensure timely month-end closing of accounts, perform monthly financial analysis, prepare management reports and report to head office in Singapore; 
• Prepare cash flows projections and manage companies' cash flows;
• Liaise with various departments and coordinate the annual budget exercise and rolling forecast to ensure timely completion;
• Responsible for the annual year-end audit of the entities in Hong Kong and ensure timely completion and sign off of the audited financial statements; 
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures as well as local law and regulations; 
• Lead the implementation of ERP system as well as internal controls and process improvements; 
• Liaise with bankers, company secretary, tax agent, external auditors and statutory bodies; 
• Occasional travelling is expected; 
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks/ projects as assigned.

Qualification and Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or related discipline
• Member of HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role; Audit experience and commercial accounting experience in listed companies is an advantage. 
• Proactive, good working attitude, hands-on, meticulous, good analytical skills and project management skills; Able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines; 
• Self-motivated, a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Chinese and Cantonese
