Responsibilities

• Review daily vouchers and ensure accurate data input in the accounting system.
• Review bank reconciliations and monitor bank transactions of the Group companies.
• Prepare month end and year end closing vouchers, schedules and management accounts of companies.
• Assist in interim/ annual audit and gather information / prepare schedules as necessary.
• Assist in other ad hoc matters or additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• University degree preferably in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting working experience of handling and preparing full set of accounts for companies
• Sound knowledge of Flex Accounting System is preferred
• Self-motivated and detail-minded with the ability to work independently and under pressure
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin
