Responsibilities:

• Lead the accounting team to perform routine accounting functions ;
• Responsible for financial management, tax planning, budgeting, treasury management, strategic business planning, capital investment, analyze and evaluate business performance;
• Prepare consolidated financial reports; cost and management reports;
• Participate in fund raising and related activities;
• Management of regulatory/FRR returns and client money segregations;
• Tackle any regulatory enquiries related to FRR returns;
• Overseeing the process of transaction structuring and assisting in negotiation of investment terms;
• Periodic review/update of accounting/finance policies in accordance to SFC requirements;
• Liaise with external auditors, legal and tax advisers;

 Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Accounting and Finance;
• CPA holder or qualified;
• Experience in Hong Kong corporate finance transactions (IPOs, financial advisory, rights issue or share offerings) gained with international and reputable regional investment banks will be an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in FRR/financial reporting earned from SFC Regulated Licensed Corporations (experience from securities brokerage firms is a primary) ;
• Good knowledge and experience in HKICPA / IFRS financial reporting requirements of related financial business;
• Familiar with HK and PRC accounting and taxation rules;
• Good experience and knowledge of ECM and DCM, M&A and IPO deal targeting, pitching and processing, as well as good working knowledge of credit and financial markets;
• Experience in Sun System and Ayers Global Trading System will be a merit;
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills of Putonghua, Cantonese and English;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Finance Manager
