• Assisting / leading team in carrying out statutory audit
• Assisting in tax and compliance advisory services
• Performing due diligence work for M&A
• Providing ad-hoc advisory services to clients

Job requirements

• Diploma / Degree holder in Accountancy, other discipline will also be considered
• 3-5 years audit experience
• Experience in IPO or due diligence or tax work is NOT a must
• Self-motivated and able to handle work independently
• Occasional business travel is required
• Believe in cultivating clients' relationship
• Mature, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good in both spoken and written English and Mandarin /Chinese
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
