Responsibilities

• Provide high standard enterprise project management
• Develop and maintain the customer base by providing excellent and enthusiastic account management service
• Promote our IT services and solutions to target customers
• Deliver all projects to a high-quality on time and on budget
• Communicate effectively with team leaders and team members
• Provide consulting and business insights to clients and gain trust and respect from clients
• Provide mentorship and leadership to the project and servicing team
• In charge of overall project deliveries and resources management
• Project management documentation

Requirements

• University degree holder, preferably on business, I.T. or related field
• Minimum of 4 years work experience in commercial field, preferably from a creative / interactive / solution agency / system integrators
• 3+ years’ experience in IT project management with a proven record in client satisfaction
• 3+ years’ experience in digital or web project design and build hands-on management
• Strong client and service orientated attitude
• PMP or PRINCE qualification preferred
• Understanding of User Experience Design Modelling and Experience Design Architecture
• Excellent sales and marketing management skills
• Demonstrable experience in generating corporate sales
• Full understanding on web and I.T. related services and solutions and their implementation cycles
• Hands-on approach in project coordination & production
• Fluent in English with spoken Mandarin and/or Cantonese
• Affinity to work in a fast paced creative environment with tight deadlines
• Mature with strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently
• Good leadership and team building skill
• Detail-minded, self-motivated, hardworking
• Excellent, interpersonal & strong communication skill
