Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting functions
• Supervise & perform all accounting and bookkeeping functions including month end closing and financial reporting, 
• Perform analysis of management review. (e.g. sales report, budget forecast, financial analysis etc.)
• Review and improve internal process control
• Work closely with factory manufacturing accounts 
• Ensure timely production of all statutory, regulatory and tax management for various investment entities
• Liaise with external bankers, auditors lawyers
• Ad hoc duties as assigned 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder or above in accountancy or relevant disciplines
• Accounting or Finance education background is a MUST
• Member of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent is preferred
• At least 10 years accounting experiences in manufacturing and EXPORT sector
• Must be familiar with import/export documents such as L/C, ECIC, T/T, Cost Accounting, Risk Management...etc.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin;
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Accounting Software & ERP system
• Well organized, strong analytical skills, willing to accept challenges and work under high pressure and tight deadlines
• IPO experience an advantage
• Occasional travel is required
• Immediate available is highly preferred
