• Run Sales Commission Reports
• Check Weekly Sales Report
• Cash Reconciliation
• Monthly Journal Entries
• Run Monthly Commission Reports
• Freight Analysis
• Balance Sheet Schedules
• Census Report
• Financial Statements
• Quarterly NY Sales Tax
• Quarterly NY Commercial Rent Tax
• Insurance Renewal
• Foreign Bank Account Report
• Property Taxes
• China Transfer Pricing
• Budget

DIRECT REPORTS

• None

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, number of years’ experience can be taken into consideration to offset education
• Payroll and or accounting experience required.
• Ability to work with more than one computer operating system, able to work in an occasionally stressful environment, mature attitude able to work unsupervised.
• Comfortable working with a wide range of people from entry level to senior management.
