Reporting to Senior Accountant, you will work with peers in Hong Kong Hub to handle an all-rounded financial accounting function for ASSA ABLOY Hospitality group. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate monthly reporting and smooth month-end closing, supporting the team in audit activities. You will also be required to participate into ad hoc assignments and projects

Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Accountant in Account Receivables, Key Account Sales Reporting and financial reporting aspect.
• Hands-on role on month-end closing and ensure in timely and accurate manner 
• Liaison between customers, commercial partners and management to resolve account queries rapidly and efficiently and maintain good working relationships
• Responsible for Sales Rebate calculations and customer master maintenance.
• Perform management reporting in HFM for Distribution business and Global Functions in RND and Key Account Sales.
• Provide data support on analytical review and management reports to explain the business performance
• Interface with auditors and support in annual financials audit
• Participate in quarterly estimation and annual budget preparation
• Provide support to ad hoc financial projects when required

Requirements:

• Qualified Member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalents preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience with solid accounting experiences in Accounts Receivables, Sales Analysis Reporting preferred.
• Hands-on experience in using Microsoft Dynamics AX system and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) is preferred
• Mature, self-motivated, deadline-driven, comfortable working under pressure, a team player and able to work independently
• Good communication, organization and analytic skills 
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus
• Competent in PC knowledge and MS Windows applications, especially in advanced Excel; database knowledge is a definite asset
