Job Description

This is for the CFO role at a Pharmaceutical company located in Hong Kong. You will play a key role in the company's funding strategy and financial management.

  • Oversee the financial and management account reporting function Perform financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong knowledge of PRC and HK tax regulations
  • Participate in management reporting analysis for board and audit committee presentation
  • Responsible for compliance/ due diligence responsibility for financial controls and group policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with tax, treasury and legal function to support operational activity Lead preparation of monthly consolidation reports, cash flow projections
  • Able to maintain and liaise with bankers to arrange loan and facility for the company
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written
