Duties:

• Under the Global Internal Audit team with Headquarters in New York
• Work in a small team in Hong Kong
• Handle financial and operational audit for the group with major focus in the Asia Pacific
• Provide recommendations in existing operation and assessing divisions, local offices and specific functions are in compliance with Group policies and practices and generally accepted accounting principles
• This include field audits and other projects such as research projects, training and ad hoc review assignments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent, in Accounting, Finance or related field required
• Professional CPA or CIA qualification
• 5-8 years of experience in operational and financial audits, of which at least 3 years gaining solid in-house internal audit experience. Retail background is highly desirable
• Experience in auditing tools such as IDEA, ACL
• Proficiency/fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks independently under pressure
• Flexibility to travel 50% of the time
