Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and review monthly analysis, financial report and management report in compliance with the HK listing rules and other relevant rules & regulations
• Review and follow up on cost/ budget variances
• Handle statutory audit and profits tax filing
• Responsible for review accounting systems & implement relevant internal control
• Liaise with external auditors and bankers
• Assist in other ad hoc projects or assignments
• Occasional travel to PRC is required

Requirements:   

• Degree holder in Accounting with professional accountancy qualifications such as membership
  of the HKICPA or equivalent
• Not less than 5 years of experience, including working in listed company/ MNC/ Big Four,preferable from Retail Industry
• Experience in handling PRC accounting, custom and taxation is an advantage
• Familiar with SAP system
• Mature, independent and well organized with strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication skills and analytical skills
• Good command in written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
