Responsibilities: 

• Provide clerical support to the team in human resources, office administration and accounting functions
• Responsible for administrative duties such as general office admin, procurement & maintenance of office equipment and supplies, taking minutes at meeting
• Perform reception duties including handling telephone calls, greeting and serving visitors
• Perform daily accounting operation including data input, AP and AR control, vouchers, cheque payments & document filing
• To handle ad-hoc tasks and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 1-2 years experiences in account & administrative assistant
• Strong multitasking skills, dealing with people with different demands
• Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
