Job Description
Member of a Hong Kong listed China background company – business focus in container liner shipping, ship owners, ship management, freight forwarder & logistics service company with 60 staff in Hong Kong office - is looking for a TREASURY ASSISTANT - with details as follows :
- Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking related disciplines
- 1-2 years experience in accounting, finance, treasury or bank operations related
- Proficiency in Mandarin
- PC proficiency in Word & Excel
- Work in a Treasury team of 4 members
- Report to the Treasury Manager
- Assist in daily treasury operations
- Assist in operations of foreign exchange dealings in accordance with the Manager’s instructions and business plans and policies.
- Conduct market intelligence and prepare treasury reports for management review.
- Coordinate with banks for funding arrangements.
- Prepare bank account open and closing documents.
- Prepare treasury reports for management review.
- Assist to monitor cash flows and prepare funding plans.
- Participate in various ad hoc assignments when necessary.
- Provide other administrative support and maintain filing system to the team as required.
- 13 months salary + performance bonus

- Fresh graduates in Bank/Accounting/Finance related will be considered for the post of Treasury Trainee
- Candidates with more solid expereince will be considered for the post of Treasury Officer – total 3 posts
