Responsibilities: 

• Report to the director and responsible for managing one of the business units under the group.

• Provide strategic advice and recommendation by formulating a set of policies, directions, and business plans. 

• Ensure systems, resources and activities are well aligned and balanced so that various stakeholders are satisfied with the maximum value achieved.

• Manage the business with aim to driving and supervising the operations at a macro level.

• Strengthen the direct selling operations and positioning, making suggestions for changes and driving change.

• Act as a bridge between the direct selling customers and the Company, reporting on the operational aspects and compiling relevant data on the operations, market and customer analysis.

• Benchmark and introducing operational policies based on international best practices.

Requirements: 

• University graduate in finance and accounting with well recognized professional accounting qualification together with 6 years of relevant experience gained from direct selling company. 

• Specialist knowledge and solid experience in operation, finance, investor relations management, market and customer analysis.

• Familiar with the market trend and development in direct selling industry plus proven business and operations management track record.

• Strong management skills, ability to operate independently; proactive and results driven; numerate, analytical and detail oriented.

• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent English, Mandarin and Cantonese

• Occasional travel is required.
