Responsibilities:

• Works with sales operations team to analyze and develop sales metrics that allows sales management to make strategic decisions and change or reinforce behavior accordingly;
• Supports the activity of maintaining and improving Dynamics CRM capabilities, sales process, pricing procedure and system reporting;
• Communicates and works directly with CRM users globally to help resolve their CRM/Sales process related questions and issues;
• Reporting and analysis for Sales department, including: executive reporting of sales results, key sales quota/target metrics and KPIs, campaign tracking and analysis, and ad hoc strategic analysis;
• Financial analysis of global clients/lines of service; identify trends over time;
• Performs other duties as directed.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business/Economics/Statistics/Marketing/Quantitative or related field with a minimum of three to five years experiences in analytics and pricing;
• Experience of Advanced Microsoft Excel is essential;
• Working knowledge of analytical tools e.g. Tableau & Altyrex, and CRM tools e.g. MS Dynamics are desirable;
• Detail conscious and goal oriented with strong analytical skills;
• Ability to multitask, set priorities and take ownership of projects;
• Customer focused and a team player with willingness to work with cross-functional teams and global team environment;
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills are required.
