Responsibilities:

• Prepare accounts receivable/payable and general ledger vouchers for other income and payroll
• Handle daily accounting operations, mainly store documents, data preparation and checking
• Perform monthly bank statement reconciliation, prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation schedules and group analysis reports
• Assist in month end closing, quarterly reporting, forecast and yearly budgeting
• Assist any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above and holder of LCCI Higher / HKIAAT Level II or above with relevant experience in retail industry is definitely an advantage
• Familiar with Financial System - Epicor is an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS office application and Chinese word processing
