Job Duties

- Handle and assist in preparing account's document and monthly report (including invoice checking, cheque issuing, inventory record, etc)

- Provide administrative and operation support to senior management

- Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirement

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences

- Diploma in Accounting/Business or other equivalent

- Knowledge in accounting system (Peach Tree) is preferable

- Proficient in MS office

- Good command of written and spoken in both English and Chinese
