Responsibilities

• Must be able to handle full set of accounts
• Perform financial analysis, assist in budgeting and overseeing daily accounting operations primarily for PRC books
• Prepare management reports, schedules and assist in preparation of annual audit for HK/PRC entities
• Assist in other ad hoc assignments as and when needed

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in accounting with at least 4 years of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word and Chinese WP
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
• Experience in operating Sun Accounting system is an advantage
• Previous experience in property industry is preferable
• Good command of English and Chinese, conversational Mandarin is necessary
