Job Description
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Journals entries and input data into the Oracle Financials System for monthly consolidation
- Preparation of bank reconciliation statements & group Cash & bank report
- Preparation of monthly consolidated balance sheets schedules
- Participate in group consolidation process and preparation of respective consolidation schedules
- Prepare and maintain monthly corporate schedules, including corporate exchange rates, authorization matrix, cost allocation matrix, etc
- Downloading, compiling and distribution of management reports
- Maintain proper filing system and documentation
- Other ad-hoc work assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting
- 1-2 year work experience preferably in a multinational environment / an accounting firm
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel software
- Amicable, well-organized and a team player with good communication skills and able to work in a dynamic environment.
