• Report to Head of Finance, HK & Macau
• Lead a small experienced team

Duties:

• Provide leadership and be accountable for full spectrum of commercial financial analysis and recommendations to support ongoing strategic management decisions
• Work closely with business units heads to identify key drivers for financial performance and business excellence
• Perform annual budget, forecast and analysis, create financial/business modeling if necessary to support new business opportunities / product launches
• Proactively review and recommend measures to optimize finance processes
• Partner closely with accounting operation; proactive exchange with Asia Pacific and Global finance and business counterparts

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting / Finance
• Substantial track record in FP&A function covering the full P/L; demonstrate sophisticated business partnering skills dealing with senior executives
• Culturally sensitive, with overseas working experience or education ideal
• Excellent leadership competency, driven with a can-do attitude and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
• Excellent command of English
