Responsibilities

• Providing accounting and financial insights to improve operational efficiency
• Reporting to CEO, involve in strategic planning with top management related with all accounting and finance functions
• Lead financial due diligence and process improvement projects
• Carry out financial management, work with foreign operational managers to implement financial priorities, like Indonesia, U.K, U.S
• On-going review of portfolio companies financial planning, reporting, forecast and budgeting activities
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of monthly financial and management reports for management review and for group consolidation and reporting purpose
• Provide business advice for process improvement, taxation and corporate governance
• Builds strong relationships and fosters teamwork among department and staff to maximize team performance

 Requirements

• Candidates with advance business or accounting degree preferred, such as CPA or MBA
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience is required
• Direct experience and strong track record in foreign countries
• Ability to consult and advise operating and corporate leaders on issues related to accounting, financial reporting, internal control and regulatory issues
• Strong leadership skills with high level of self-motivation and initiative
• Proven analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communicational skills, both verbal and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Superior organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic working environment
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all levels of internal and external clients
• Will to travel when required
