Job Description
Main Purpose of the Job:
- To provide an administrative, recruiting, organisation and co-ordination function to the Manager in order to uphold company obligations, commitments and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Provides secretarial, recruitment and administrative support
- Independent in HR process – Job Ad posting, resume screening and scanning, interview arrangement, etc.
- Prepare daily schedule for managers
- Handle ad hoc assignments timely and professionally
- Calculate payroll for sale team weekly
- Prepare recruitment and financial reports
- Organize travel arrangements and social activities
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any field;
- Must be a Hong Kong Citizen
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills are essential
- Details-minded and well organizing skill
- Excellent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (Oral, written & presentation)
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Preferred immediate starter
