Job Description:

  • Report to the Head of General Management Division, you will be responsible for talent acquisition, Employee Relation and Learning & Development areas to cope with the business expansion.
  • Partner with business heads and functional heads on the resolution and management of a wide range of HR issues including recruitment, staff development and on-board & off-board handling.
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, lead and formulate recruitment strategies and explore channels and methodology to attract talents in the market.
  • Manage the talent acquisition process and follow up the entire procedure.
  • Assist in conducting various HR initiatives and staff engagement programs to promote enhance staff relationship.
  • Prepare various reports for management review and keep records in compliance with internal policies.
  • Handle ad hoc assignments.

Requirement:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in human resources management with a strong focus on recruitment in a sizable company
  • Meticulous with strong ability to drive and independence
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skill
  • Excellent organizational skill and problem-solving ability
  • Good in both spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered a junior position.
