Job Responsibilities : 

• Handle full-set Import/Export documents, trade declaration and other related documents
• Co-ordinate and communicate with customers, factories and forwarders on shipping arrangement
• Provide administrative support to Sourcing team
• Update internal and customer database systems 
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

Job requirements :

• DSE/Form 5 or above
• At least 3 years practical experience in Logistics industry
• Working experience in buying office will be an advantage
• Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Mature, self-motivated, hardworking, independent and detail-oriented
• Good team player and interpersonal skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred
