On behalf of a fashion group, we are looking for high caliber to fill the position of Wholesale Coordinator.

Accountabilities

• Handle general administration duties to support wholesale sales team
• Prepare sales order, follow-up shipment and delivery schedules, stock allocations, transfers, replenishment and repairs
• Compile weekly and monthly analytical reports
• Provide sales, marketing and operations support to wholesales customers

Attributes

• Matriculated with 1-2 year relevant experience in fashion wholesale industry
• Positive working attitude, able to work under pressure and meet the tight schedule
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  
• Proficiency in MS Office, Strong Excel (i.e. pivot table and v-lookup) is required
