Job Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Handle receptionist duties & CS telephone calls
• Perform logical data input into a designated systemand document filing
• Assist in HR related support such as recruitment, staff leave record, medical benefit, staff commission, labor regulations, etc.
• Follow up on orders and delivery arrangement and inventory control
• Carry out other ad hoc tasks such as stock repacking as assigned by supervisor
• Provide general support to Sales & Merchandising team
• Prepare and consolidate sponsorship materials for marketing events and projects
• Coordinate with external and internal parties to facilitate smooth operations

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with minimum 2- 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in FMCG industry
• Proficiency in MS word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organized, independent, responsible, flexible and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available would be an advantage
