To contribute to the achievement of business strategies and goals by planning, developing and implementing company-wide learning and development, talent management and performance management solutions to enhance individual and team performance

Major Accountabilities:

• Formulate employee development and talent management initiatives, plans and programs
• Design and deliver training and development, talent assessment and management programs 
• Review and revamp existing HR performance management system and tools
• Provide team members with the necessary learning and development opportunities
• Ensure appropriate quality assurance and governance frameworks are in place for all employee development and talent management initiatives and programs
• Utilize appropriate data and trends to structure future development of strategies and initiatives in employee development and performance management areas

Requirement:

• University degree in Business Administration, Management Studies, Human Resources Management, MBA is a plus
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Training & Development with at least 6 years in managerial role
• Regional training exposure and experience in MNC an advantage
• Experience in “Talent Management, Succession Management & Management Trainee Programs” and “Leadership and Succession, Leadership competencies, Leadership development evaluation & HIPO Programs” is a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially extensive experience in designing PowerPoint
• Possess high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese).
