Responsibilities

1.  Able to handle full range of company secretarial matters:

• Maintain/update company secretarial records, registers, database and routine filings
• Assist in handling all kinds of departmental duties in compliance of the requirements of the Companies Ordinance, the Listing Rules and other overseas statutory requirements

2.  Provide clerical/administrative supports to Corporate Services Department

Requirements

• Degree holder in Company Secretarial Studies, HKICS student member preferred
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in company secretarial department
• Experience in using CSA software is required
• Working knowledge of corporate legislation, Hong Kong and offshore jurisdictions, as well as applicable regulatory requirements
• Excellent typing skill with high accuracy, good PC skills in MS Office including Chinese WP
• Responsible, self-motivated, able to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese
