Our client is a MNC and a world leader in her industry. Her regional HQ in HK is looking for a HR head to oversee the HR function here in HK (Staff size: ~1000, majority of whom are blue collar workers)

The Job

• Report to Regional Director, a native English speaker, you will manage a small HR team (~10) to oversee the HR function, including mass recruitment, C&B, L&D, employee relations, etc.
• You will act as HRBP, responsible to give HR advice and strategic direction to functional GM of each business division
• You will also work with business development and direct report on tender management, like establishing HR team and function for new business lines.

The Person

• Ideally, you have min 10 years progressive generalist HR career in hospitality, retail, or facilities management MNCs, seasoned in handling the HR function of managing large blue collar/customer service workforce and labor union
• Degree in HR or equivalent
• At least 5 years supervisory experiences
• Fluent in English & Chinese (Excellent English)
• Multi-cultural
