- Support all-rounded Administration & HR support
- Coordinate and follow up with internal & external parties
- Monitor and update data
- Provide support service for regular office administration & HR functions
- Co-ordinate meeting, travel & accommodation arrangement
- Support/coordinate all company event
- Build & Maintain efficient HR filing system & record management
- Handle ad hoc assignments independently & professionally
Requirements:
- Diploma/degree holder in Business Administration or HR related discipline
- Minimum 4-6 years work experience in general office administration & hr field is a must
- Proficiency with PC software - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of written & spoken English
- Responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure
- Immediate available is definitely an advantage
- Five days work in low season
- Bank Holidays
