Job Description:

• Support all-rounded Administration & HR support  
• Coordinate and follow up with internal & external parties
• Monitor and update data
• Provide support service for regular office administration & HR functions
• Co-ordinate meeting, travel & accommodation arrangement
• Support/coordinate all company event
• Build & Maintain efficient HR filing system & record management
• Handle ad hoc assignments independently & professionally

Requirements:

• Diploma/degree holder in Business Administration or HR related discipline
• Minimum 4-6 years work experience in general office administration & hr field is a must
• Proficiency with PC software - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written & spoken English
• Responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is definitely an advantage
• Five days work in low season
• Bank Holidays
