Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, leave administration, training & development and employee relations;
- Reinforce employee communications, promote corporate culture & values and cultivate teamwork in the workplace
- Analyze business demand, develop HR & Adm. strategies, plans, policies and procedures to cope with corporate development
- Responsible for HR & Admin budgeting, forecast and cost analysis
- Supervise office maintenance & supplies and general office administrations for smooth and effective operations
- Ad-hoc project as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines;
- Minimum 2-3 years' management experience in HR & Adm. areas
- Hand on experience in payroll administration, visa application etc.
- Competent to establish and execute HR strategies in meeting diverse business needs;
- Well versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF Scheme Ordinance, HR practice and regulations;
- Excellent communication skill, passion and possess strong leadership and problem solving skills
- Able to operate in a demanding corporate environment;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Both Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
- Immediate available is an advanage
