Responsibilities:

• Handle admin. duties including but not limited to procurement of office supplies, equipment, materials for beauty treatment-used and maintenance arrangement
• Measures suppliers’ performance and capability in order to make appropriate sourcing decisions
• Perform cost analysis and price comparison between different suppliers
• Perform general reception duties including greeting guests, handling mails and courier
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• At least 1 year clerical experience, knowledge in beauty & skin care product/ equipment is an advantage
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and detail-minded, ability to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Familiar with MS Office operation, including Word, Excel, Chinese word processing
• Immediate available is preferred
