Responsibilities:

• Provide consistent, high quality after sales service to customers in Hong Kong and South China Region;
• Respond to phone, email enquiries and requests from customers, internal parties and overseas offices efficiently;
• Handle day-to-day customer enquiry and offer solutions to customers;
• Coordinate with internal departments to achieve customer satisfaction through effective communication and efficient process execution;
• Partner with front line sales for customer retention management in order to build sustainable relationship and trust with customer accounts.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder in Shipping, Logistics Management or equivalent disciplines;
• One year’s work experience in shipping industry is preferred; fresh graduates will also be considered;
• Customer-oriented, proactive and energetic;
• Good Interpersonal Skills and a good team player;
• Able to work under pressure and attentive to details;
• Proficient PC skills including MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint);
• Good command of spoken and written English.  Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for senior position.
