Job Description

  1. To provide overall clerical/administrative support for different HR functions, including but not limited to Recruitment, Payroll, C&B, System Enhancement) and related paper work.
  2. Working hours: Flexible 2-3 days per week (Mondays – Fridays, 9:00am to 6:00pm)
  3. Basic PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing (Changjie/Quick).
  4. Positive working attitude, responsible for the job, independent and able to work under pressure.
